At 55 on Main, we understand that travel plans may occasionally change. Our cancellation policy is intended to remain fair to both guests and the accommodation provider while ensuring that reserved rooms and services are managed responsibly.
Accommodation Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
- Failure to arrive on the confirmed check-in date without prior written notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
- Early departures, shortened stays or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
Booking Amendments
Requests to amend booking dates are subject to availability and applicable rate differences at the time of amendment. Amendments are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period and may be subject to bank charges, transaction fees or administration costs.
Consumer Protection Compliance
Cancellation fees are charged in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and are based on the timing of cancellation, reservation commitments and the potential financial impact of the cancellation.
